This place was introduced to us years back. And from then on, we were hooked. The first time we went there they only had like 5 tables, and people would need to wait for someone to finish before they can get a table or just have their food to go. Now, even having dozens of table, the place is still packed. Especially during Fridays and Weekends. Never was a time that this place was empty.
Boyong's located at E. Dela Paz street in Marikina. I turned on my location on my iPad and opened up Google maps, but I don't know why the blue dot (which is me) is not exactly where Boyong's should be. Yung totoo? Sinong mali? Yung iPad or yung Google map? Haha!
Parking is one thing to consider, if you'll be
Their menu is pretty simple. I've tried a couple of pastas too in the past (Spaghetti, Carbonara, Pesto, Tuna and Aligue). And I must say, for P100.00? Keri na Yummy pa!
My usual orders are, burger steak, extra gravy, a stick of barbecue and a bottle of soda.
On the other hand, my boyfriend usually gets the hungarian sausage with rice plus their grilled chicken sandwich. Extra rice, of course! (Ang tunay na lalake, nag eextra rice!) hahaha! But for some reason, he opted for burger steaks too. Jelly beans perhaps! Lol
(2) 2pcs burger steak - P150 (P75ea) (1) Extra Gravy - P10 (2) Barbecue - P30 (P15ea) (1) Extra Rice - P10 (2) Sodas - P20 (10ea) TOTAL = P220.00 |
This is my take on Boyong's. Some may not like it because their burgers have celery. Bits of celery that you can definitely taste. That's probably what gives their burger the distinct flavor. I personally don't eat celery. But this is an exception!
For P200.00+ we always get full and satisfied!
